Our requirements are simple. So, no excuses!

1. ID Required: Bring a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, or national ID).
2. Dress Comfortably: Wear clothing and footwear suitable for bending, kneeling, and floor activities.
3. Physical Ability: All first aiders must be able to perform all practical assessments, including kneeling.
4. Notify Trainer: Inform your employer and trainer in advance of any concerns that may affect your ability to complete the course.

We come fully loaded! From mannequins and  bandages to an automated external defibrillator, we bring everything needed to turn your team into pro first aiders. All you need to provide is the space and your team.
