1. ID Required: Bring a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, or national ID).
2. Dress Comfortably: Wear clothing and footwear suitable for bending, kneeling, and floor activities.
3. Physical Ability: All first aiders must be able to perform all practical assessments, including kneeling.
4. Notify Trainer: Inform your employer and trainer in advance of any concerns that may affect your ability to complete the course.
